Capital Seafoods are a London based seafood wholesaler supplying top end shops and restaurants with quality seafood products.
Having outgrown their original unit, we were asked to help Design a new state of the art facility comprising of a large temperature controlled preparation area and several chiller cold rooms.
We managed the whole project from start to finish including the cold rooms, refrigeration, drainage, electrics, plumbing and resin flooring.
A large freezer cold room was also constructed in an adjacent unit, giving them the additional pallet storage capacity they needed.
Wireless data-loggers were also installed to monitor the temperature 24hrs a day to give them BRC compliance
